Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist. Stand with your legs straight for an accurate measurement. You can also measure this on a well-fitting pair of pants. 
  
BRA & CUP:
First, measure your under-bust, then your bust at the fullest point. Stand and bend forward so your back is parallel to the floor to get the bust measurement. Use these measurements to find your bra size on a size chart.
