Return and Exchange Guidelines:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We’ll cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:

- Provide your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
- If the return is for a damaged or incorrect item, please include a photo for faster processing.
Once we receive the return, we’ll process a refund. For exchanges, we’ll promptly send your new item.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After shipping, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned once delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away for a replacement or full refund. We’ll cover return shipping for any defective or incorrect items.
